All in all we were very happy, but I didn't give them 5 stars simply because we had such as easy return.
We really liked the service and the accountant. We had a fairly basic tax return with no real surprises. It was a quick turn to get our taxes done, but we didn't have a mortgage or anything. They seemed to know what they were doing but my lack of tax knowledge is why I have someone else doing it
We received a nice copy of the taxes and when we had questions about decisions being made the accountant was able to point to the supporting tax rules guiding his decision.
