They used to have better personal bankers. new ones are not helpful and professional . after I had problem with my account , I told them I m going to cancel my account and withdraw all my cash . they said ok . they didn't even bother to convince me to stay with them. I see how much they care .

I completely agree with the other positive reviews. I'm a Wells customer from California who came to town without his checkbook. The folks at the branch, particularly the tellers and Mr. Alfatlah (Waleed to you) made me feel far more at home than I ever have in my CA branch and saw to my needs for wire transfer and cashier's checking in just a few minutes. I enjoyed banking there and will again.
