Ordered an outdoor dining table. When it arrived, the delivery company said they wouldn't take it off the truck. Getting it off was my responsibility. Since I had no way to lower the 300lb pallet to the ground, the driver left and I had no table.

Expensive but has some really unique stuff!
When I called customer service they told me I should find some friends to help me. I then said that I wanted to cancel the order and they told me that I couldn't and needed to work through UPS Freight to have the order shipped back. Then they would charge a restocking fee.
They always have tasty samples out. They have interesting things for gifts that we don't find elsewhere. I like their Christmas ornaments.
