I'm from a different town, so I don't use it often. There seems to be a lot of reserved and compact spaces. But the stairs and elevator are readily accessible so it isn't a huge issue. Just expect to drive up to the 3rd level if you have to park there.

Very useful location when visiting the downtown Mall. Also some stores will validate your parking giving you 1-3 hours free parking
