PetSmart is a great store for everything designed around your pet's needs.
Big selection, huge inventory of dog/cat toys, beds, and food. Small aquarium selection select with fish and supplies.
Don't waste your time with the fish there. I have had a tank set up for years now with healthy fish, but out of about a dozen fish I have purchased from this pet smart, 95% die within a few days. You are better off making the trek out to the other petsmart near the airport.
This review is written specifically for the grooming salon although the staff within the store have always been pleasant. I wasn't very happy with a recent groom of my dog and the staff has made sure to make everything more than "ok" for me since I let them know. Amanda the salon manager followed up with me via phone after I sent them an email. She offered to have my dog come in for a re-do at no charge. When I checked in, Lauren (Laura??) was very helpful and although she was busy she made sure to apologize and work efficiently. Amber was the groomer and she did a really nice job on my dog. I think the sign of a well run establishment is how you handle things when customers aren't happy, b/c thats not an easy thing to do. I applaud the staff there and will continue to take our dog in for grooming.
