Paul is the best realtor out there regardless of your situation. Before we moved to Charlottesville, we needed help finding a place to rent. We had no idea where to start looking, as neither of us were familiar with the area. Paul took the time to give us a tour of Charlottesville and we found a great place to rent and get settled into the city. When we knew we wanted to settle in Charlottesville, we Immediately called Paul and began the more than year long adventure of becoming first-time homeowners. Paul was thorough and patient with us as we navigated the crazy process, he let us ask stupid questions and gave us great answers. He helped us feel confident in the huge decision we were making, and was always quick to text or respond to a call or email when we had questions about the process. Paul was great in helping us to sell our house 2 years ago- he had someone come in and stage the house and take professional photos at no charge.
