Updated 12/1: After my experience and posting the review I was contacted by Lamont, the Senior Superintendent. He expressed his apologies for the bad experience, the lack of communication, and the delay. Not long after the call I received a written apology in the mail and a gift card as their way of trying to make it up to me. The gesture appeared genuine and I was also informed about penalty and corrective action they were taking internally to correct the issue with future clients. I'm upgrading my review to 3 stars for the company as a result of all this. Perhaps my experience was a one off, as other reviews appear largely positive. If you are considering this company though in the future I suggest you obtain a number for the person in charge of your job who will answer the phone when called and ask they call you the day before and the day of to confirm the time of arrival, as many other reputable companies do. I would not recommend settling only for the general office number found on their business card.
Superior Roofing replaced my roof and did an excellent job! I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company that pays attention to detail!
I had Superior roofing come by and provide a quote to install a pipe collar where my plumbers were going to put a vent pipe. Superior roofing was very responsive in communicating when they would come out as well as the write up for the quote. After that things fell off. My signed contract, which I returned via email, was not responded to for several days (it took a phone call to get anything moving). They were very communicative again about when they would swing by and pick up the deposit check after we set the install date. I stressed the importance of the date as the plumber would be here to cut the hole in the roof. The day before and the day of I received no call from anyone giving me a time frame for when they would be by. Finally after lunch I gave them a call and was told someone was heading this way between 3 and 4. That time came and went and no one showed. I then called them to find out what happened and was told they'll find out and call me back. I received no call back and of course it rained that night with a hole in my roof. The next morning all of my calls and voicemails went completely unanswered. I even left a message the night before with their Richmond office which was never returned. Later that day I received a very lame excuse that their internet and phone went out at the office (everyone has cell phones these days) and they should have made it out the day before as originally agreed to despite the outage. In the end they finally made it out and did the work but I would not use this company again since they appear look put together up until you pay the deposit.
Superior Roofing did a great job on my roof! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get work done to their home.

We hired Superior Roofing to replace our roof and they did an exceptional job! Very Professional crew that worked very hard. Not only that but the job was completed in a timely manner ...I would definitely recommend them to anyone and plan on using them for any future repairs that may occur.
