The hotel grounds are beautiful. There are some excellent walking trails. We we're at an event in the pavilliot which was stunning. The only drawback I had was with cell reception, Verizon had me at 3g and 1 bar the whole time.
Our stay at the Boars Head was peaceful and relaxing. The room was very large and spacious as well as super comfortable and tastefully decorated. The view from our porch was incredible. The staff exudes that southern hospitality that the Inn portrays. Our meals at the Bistro and Old Mill Dining Room were delicious and the service was great. We will definitely come back to the Boars Head and highly recommend to our friends and family!
Booked luncheon for 28 to celebrate a 90th birthday for family member. Food was absolutely delicious, staff could not have been more professional, friendly and accommodating. Special order birthday cake was wonderful. Excellent experience!
