Busy. Table was hard to find, and I had to clean it myself. The tables nearby were also not getting cleaned... Food is always exceptional, took about 20 mins on this busy Saturday at 2pm.
Staff was notably friendly, but the terminals indicated that they were being phased out.
Usually quick service. Good with online orders. Staff is polite and helpful. Lines can get long due to popularity in food and location. Definitely order online or allow for extra time during peak hours.
Great food. Mine was a tad expensive for the meager one cup of soup and half a palm-size sandwich. Friends' salads were huge making for a strange comparison. I had mentioned an online notice of a $2 discount but, scanning my receipt after I had eaten, I discovered no discount was given. Management quickly refunded the $2 upon request. I also got a free birthday pastry!
In a purchase of three entrees (One altered to fit our personal taste), three sides, two drinks and two baked goods, all ordered at the newly-installed purchasing terminals, we lost three sides and most of the customization on the one we customized.
The sandwiches were good, but not as good as they could have been. The baked goods were incredibly sweet, and I do not enjoy it.
Customer service is terrible. I have never left a bad review before but I feel that it should be known. The cashiers are rude and when they made a mistake on my order they treated me with such disrespect and made it seem as though it was my fault! In the end, they still refused to correct my order.
