My husband sent me flowers yesterday for Valentine's Day through Don's. They were supposed to be delivered by 12, they delivered right before 12 and I had already left my office for a meeting. A Co-worker sent a a picture and they were very pretty. But, knowing how expensive roses are on valentines day. They should not be wilting the next morning. Other florists in town do a much better job.
Called and spoke with Brenda in January about wedding prices. Went through and showed her online what type of flowers I wanted. She gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled a meeting for us over 3 weeks later which was okay, because I knew they would be bust for valentine's day. I called the day before the appointment and started talking to Brenda again, and she said she never wrote anything down, so our meeting could take over an hour. she doesn't remember what i wanted, or when the wedding was. Just really unprofessional and a little frustrating. they clearly do enough business that our wedding didn't matter. Glad I found this out before we counted on them for the wedding!
Called after Noon on a Monday to request a same-day delivery. I'm not sure to whom I spoke but she was easy to work with and very efficiently asked questions and got all the details. I asked for a mixed plant in a nice planter, with a balloon and a few flowers added - and what was delivered to my family member's office (for their birthday) was exactly what I had wanted, and it got good reviews from office-mates. Delivery was about two hours after I called. Terrific service - thanks!

As you can see the beautiful arrangement shown that I ordered for Mother's Day was not what she received. This didn't even resemble what I ordered and it did not come in the mint julep vase as advertised. It arrived in the usual glass vase. I've used Don's for many years but this was disappointing and embarrassing. Time to find another florist.
