I later talked to a neighbor who had a similar experience and also chose to go elsewhere. They are a new practice, however, are quickly receiving a bad reputation. I would recommend that the Physicians running the practice quickly replace the receptionists who are creating this reputation for them and adopt some new policies to better accomodate their customers.
Had our second child here. It was like a resort. Beautiful views from the room. Great and friendly staff.
I was very dissapointed with their customer service and have decided to go with a family practice that treats their patients like they actually want their business.
We are a military family and moved to the area this summer. We began our move when my third son was 2 weeks old. By the time we got settled in my husband had to leave for several months and I developed bronchitis. TRICARE (our military health insurance) gave me a list of providers I could see. Greene Family Medicine was on the list and is closest to our home. I called to see if I could get an appointment. The receptionist told me they could not see me for several months. I explained "I'm sick now, we just moved to the area is there anything you can do?" Another lady got on the phone and yelled at me saying "She told you we can't see you for at least 8 weeks!" I tried to explain that we just moved to the area and I was very sick and needed to see someone soon, she cut me off to say "Well, I suggest you figure something else out!"
