I was told that they could mount my moissanite same day since the mount was 14k gold and needed no other work done to it days and days ago. They had my ring an stone for about a week and did absolutely nothing. Plus, I found out it wasn’t gonna be ready for weeks and the $40-60 quote ended up being $125 plus customer risk so if something happened to it I would be responsible for all repair costs.
