Drove from Farmville out here to have my vintage 1601 Date Just sized. Rob the store manager was very informative and assisted me happily. I looked at a few other watches, and he was no pressure in sales. Did not buy a watch today, but I will be back to purchase a Hamilton he showed me soon. Great experience.
I walked into Fink's as my Seiko watch had, when removed and pocketed...became locked on a hinge. The Seiko seemed like a simple fix, but I didn't want to break the links trying. I realize that my Seiko is nowhere in the same class as a Rolex, but I approached Bill Liebenwood to seek assistance. He was very pleasant and proceeded to render my watch operable. I understand that this is a high end establishment, and my watch is nowhere in the same class as watches and jewelry offered here. But, Mr Liebenwood treated me with the utmost care and respect. He was very pleasant throughout...and has a wonderful sense of humor. That was some six months ago...but, I've kept his business card all this time....should I ever be in a position to purchase a Rolex or some nice jewelry. I humbly would recommend this establishment to any and everyone! Thank you very much.
