Graham, the owner of Charlottesville Chem-Dry, disappointed me with his service. He did not follow through on an agreement we had previously made regarding some of my belongings that needed to be cleaned, and I felt ripped off and duped. I ended up having to do most of the cleaning myself in the end, after paying a substantial amount for his services. I don't find his company to be trustworthy, and I would not call them again.
