The washer I was using started leaking and as a result the girl on duty gave me a nasty attitude, accusing me of being at fault. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this was way out of line. She was very rude, and offered no apology. I won't be going there again. They could use a lesson in customer service.
On the road for an extended period for work, dropped my laundry off. Picked it up and several items were missing.
I'm very happy with Preston Suds and with the usual attendant there. She has always been helpful to me and does a great job keeping the place clean and creating a respectful atmosphere. The business also goes the extra mile with planted flowers outside that make it a nice place to wait in. Reading an earlier review, I would comment that keeping someone working for you after the closing time of 10 PM is not respectful of their time, and that employees should be able to set limits on this.
