They over billed us multiple times, and when confronted with it, they claimed some clothing needed 'extra attention'
Terrie and Luke and all their staff are great. Have always been greeted warmly because they genuinely care about their customers and they are hands-on business people, unlike many others. We have been going to Skyline since we moved here from Seattle seven years ago and have never had an issue with anything we brought in. All positive. We absolutely would never go anywhere else. Highly recommended.
Quick and decent price. Productive workers. I've been using this place 1.5 years now and never got any problem. They will call me if there's any stain that won't come off- these do happen, but I don't expect a dry cleaner to solve everything. Only thing I would add is loyalty program- if you do have one, pls market it.
Nasty staff. I also don't think they've been able to remove a single stain from my clothes.
