I paid for a consultation with Charles Henter of Henter Law to get legal advice for an education matter in September of 2015. Mr. Henter asked for additional information before he could provide advice. I furnished the requested documents within the next two days however several weeks went by without any follow up from Charles Henter. I attempted for months to reach him via email, phone, and mail, but no response. It is unfortunate that he took my money without providing legal advice. I thought I chose a good firm to seek legal advice consequently I was proven wrong. Consumers beware!
