My husband and I go to this Cold Stone once every 1-2 months. We are usually JUST satisfied. BUTTTT, recently we stopped in after a tough day of tending to our sick puppy and an employee named Savannah made us two of the most delicious treats we've had from this particular location! We were beyond satisfied!! She was preparing to close up shop around 9:30 but she served us with a smile! We enjoyed our shake and ice cream so much that we called back just to tell her she made our night! Go Savannah!!

Tried to go there tonight at 9:00 they are supposed to be open till 9:30 but they were closed by 9:00 very disappointing.
The property is very clean. The employees have great customer service skills.
Bad customer service . Ice cream to soft.
