I shopped at Banana Republic Barracks Road Shopping Center on Thurs May, 14th and encountered the 3 associates who never once asked if I needed help, would not make eye contact, acted as if they didn't work there. It was very bizarre!!! I don't like high pressure sales but they could have at least had some interaction with me. I took my items up to check out and 2 were standing at the register talking, neither one looked me in the eye, one turned around, the one who checked me out scanned my check card saying "they" had been having trouble with the machine as if she wasn't an employee. Good luck to Banana Republic with employees like the 3 who worked Thurs evening May 14!!!! Pitiful!!!!

I loved Banana Republic until this encounter with a very unprofessional agent. He would be better off working for the DMV or the DSS. Very dissatisfied..
Wonderful staff. I love their outfits. The clothes are made of high quality material and feels great. As for the price, you get what you pay for. You pay a bit more but the clothes lasts you a very long time.
Great clothes and style
Their agent, named Bob, was very rude and unprofessional. I took an item back for an exchange (wife had got it for me). After disappearing for a minute, Bob returned and said: "my answer to you is no, no exchange...Have a good night, Bye!"
