Great customer service
I have been going to this store for years. There is a consistently good vib from the employees due to their management team from Rose on down. They never try to "sell" but always seek to find a great piece of clothing or equipment to match one's need.
Went in there today to return something and try on a few things. The two guys that helped me were very nice - thanks for making my visit there so easy! :)
Returns have never been an issue. Would highly recommend them.
Fantastic store. Clean, bright and easy to navigate. Also, we were really impressed with how much more stylish Eddie Bauer has become in the years since we last shopped there. We will definitely be back.
