We were both shocked and although I had seen some outfits that I wanted to try on we left the store immediately.
I really like their clothing. It is comfortable and nice looking. I am in my mid-40's and I don't want to look like an old lady, but I also do not want to wear teen clothing. I especially like the print shirts here and often combine them with solid pieces I buy elsewhere. The salespeople are quite helpful. The full prices are quite high, but this company has frequent sales. I wait for the sales to get what I want.

But only a few minutes had passed and we were approached by Becky Green, (The Assistant Manager) and with a very condescending tone and eyebrows raised she said, “"Are you looking for someone? This just doesn't look like your style dear".
She never asked me what I was looking for or if she could help us, she just made it clear that we were not welcome.
Just in case you were wondering, my fiancé and myself were both dressed casually but not trashy. We were also very respectful as we shopped even after Becky chose to make us feel so unwelcome.This is some of the worst customer service I have experienced and I will not be shopping here again.
Stopped in, dog-eared catalog in hand, and was given exemplary customer service. The good, old fashioned variety where the salesperson actually listens and makes insightful suggestions. She did not hover nor over-service my shopping. Never a disappointment here. The staff is gracious and competent, the garments are good, classic wardrobe staples.
