Extremely professional staff and atmosphere. It's obvious that everyone there cares about children and their smiles. Every member of staff exudes confidence in their jobs, and know exactly how to talk to and manage children, which leads to calmer kids during procedures. The dentists are top notch, and always advise for the necessary treatment, not the most expensive, and are willing to help explore other options. Overall, I have never had a bad experience here, and my kids enjoy their visits. They only continue to get better.
Rip Off!! My oldest son has messed up teeth today. They always mentioned cavities, and more cavities and wanted to do fillings and repeat visits with drilled repairs. I have always been strict with my kids on brushing and sugar. I switched dentists, it's been a few years and none of my kids (including my oldest) got any cavities. Looking back I am positive that they must do the cavity work to make more money with the insurance companies to maintain its "high end" look. They are funny about leaving them for a long term I bet because they don't want you to figure this out! I do not recommended this pantops children dentistry office oldest child will need lifelong repairs for their terrible cavity repair work that my son probably didn't need in the first place. I wish I never went here but if you want to exchange cheap gumball prizes for fake cavity repairs, help yourself.
The staff and providers at this practice are incredible! They care so much about the kids and go out of their way to cater to their needs and provide exceptional service. I would not hesitate to bring my children here for any dental needs as the quality of care is amazing.
Awesome staff and dentists! They really took care of my 33 month old during his very first dentist appointment!
We overall had an awesome experience today! My 3 year old was excited to go for his first visit today and is now excited to go back. Dr. Moore is wonderful and very sweet. She explained everything so there wouldn't be surprises. Ashleigh Gibson is a great assistant; request her for your next visit. We will be returning to this office for all future visits.
