I receive consistently good service from this practice. The cleanings are great, thorough and with minimal discomfort. I appreciate that the equipment has been updated recently.
Amy is fantastic. Best hygienist I have ever used. My 7 year old son loves her and has been going since he was 3. Dr Stump and Dr Norwaldy are great too.
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I almost gagged from the metal instruments being shoved into my mouth, and the gloves the hygienist used smelled terrible. The only positive point was the receptionist, who's a kind and dedicated person.
I am an orthodontist and love Dr. Stump at downtown dental. She is a fantastic dentist and I trust her completely my family's dental care. I love all of the office updates and always enjoy going. The team is professional, caring and wonderful. Highly recommend!!
Went there today and had an exceptional experience.. the dentist, I dont remember her name was very nice and did an exceptional job. I will definitely be returning to this office... it's my new dentist office.. I'll let ya know how the cleanings go when I get one done..
