My review will be twofold. I believe the products are lovely, but I think that the salesperson should have been friendlier. When my furniture piece was 10 weeks instead of the 6 to 8 weeks and still hadn't arrived (and they had been asked to rush it), I had to go on my own to contact the company president to get it delivered the week that I needed it. They did.
