My husband and I were shopping for new night stands. The woman here was very pleasant and showed us products that matched what we were looking for. The pricing was quite shockingly high here. When we said that we were shopping around and not ready to buy yet, we felt that she got a bit pushy. Other than that we had an ok experience. Clean, nice place.

As more furniture places are, the prices are over-inflated. What is worse though is that we had two $3000 chairs delivered to our house. One was damaged (the rocking mechanism was knocked out of whack). Difficult to get on the phone after the sale. I would avoid the place - we made the mistake once, we will not do it again.
BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a sectional on August 19th and was told by the salesperson that I could pick it up anytime after August 23rd. What a joke! I got an email around August 21 saying that I couldn't pick up till October 5. I had arranged to rent a trailer, etc.... How could the salesperson & the checkout person in the office not have known that it wasn't going to be available until October? I think they DO know they don't have the stuff, but don't care and won't tell you because they just want your money! My decision to buy that sectional would have been NO if I had known that I was actually ordering something that was going to take a couple of months to get. Before you buy anything from this store, make sure someone tells you the truth about product availability! Also, when you think you are talking to the Charlottesville store, you may be talking to someone in Atlanta who cares even less.
