Sales associate was personable, and from my general area (NJ I believe is where he was from). Not too pushy. Furniture is cheaply priced, but quality is to match.
Terry helped us find the right mattress for us quickly, in about three tries. None of this lying down on every mattress in the showroom! He was informative but not pushy, helpful but not hovering. The checkout process was quick & efficient. They had our mattress in stock & we were able to take it home that day.
I'm not sure about these negative reviews but I've always been very please by the employees at the Charlottesville location. Always friendly and courteous.
Basic quality furniture, prices a little too high.
I have been buying furniture and electronics from them for many years and yes they are pushy at times but I'm a grown man and can speak up but that's there job is to sell so that being said over all great place to do Business
