I went in as part of the free trial three years ago. I let the owner know that I was very hesitant about signing up because the chance of moving in the following couple of months. I was hit back with a very pushy attitude. I ended up moving sooner than expected, called and was assured all was canceled and fine. Shortly after I moved I started recieving past bills. Keep in mind the contract clearly stated if you relocate your contract will be terminated and you will only be responsible for the sessions you used. I have never stepped foot in the gym except for the free trial. They’re blatantly breaking the contract terms I signed for. I have sent a certified letter, a letter from my lawyer, and no response and here it is three years later and I’m suddenly getting bombarded with 12 text messages yesterday within one minute. It’s not the money, it’s the principle of breaking your contract. I will follow through with taking legal action if they continue to harass me.

Honestly? I really enjoy both the trainers & the experience. I am not a fitness guy. Put me in a gym & I wander around clueless for hours trying to figure out how the machines work & what muscles they target.The trainers at 9Rounds are there and help you at every opportunity to make sure you are doing your workout correctly. And best part about the workouts? They change from day to day and keep things interesting!When I married my wife 3 years ago, I weighed 225#. For my first anniversary, I weighed 230#. In May last year I was pushing 240#. At that rate I would be 300# by my 5th anniversary. I started working out at 9Rounds and lost a bunch of fat & gained a bunch of muscle. I am hovering around 220#=225# and am in the best shape of my life. Another benefit is the stress relief from beating on the bags. I have a very sick parent and taking my stress out on the bags is key to me keeping calm at work and making me a better husband!
The workout is always great! I love that it is only 30 minutes long. Realistically, I don't have much more time than that to invest in working out. It's enjoyable because it is a unique workout. The trainers are always professional and pushing us to work harder and be better. Ever since the first day, I have been greeted by name. Every trainer has remembered my name, which is a big deal... very few businesses can claim that today. Also, someone always asks, "when will you be back?" All around, this business is run very well!
