Recommendation: Don't go there....If you do, don't look around if you have been waiting for a long time. They will make you wait even longer and then butcher your hair.
This is a good place for a quick haircut. They do okay with color as well. I think these types of salons hire mostly new graduates of beauty schools. So in some ways you are getting people that are very up to date on new techniques. A lot of the time more established salons have stylists that can be stuck in a rut. This is a job where you need to take classes your whole career. While some people say these walk-in salons are horrible, I think you can get great service at a very fair price.
Jasmine made a frustrating experience great!

Absolutely horrible. I called in the parking lot to check wait time and they said no wait. I took my two sons in and there was no one waiting. Shortly after we arrived, people started coming in (and took them all back before us). After about 20 minutes of waiting, I kept looking around to see when we would be next. The next thing I know, there was a gathering in the back and I could see a big woman mimicking me looking around. By this point 5 other people came in, and every time some one came in there was someone to come up and get them. Finally after 50 minutes of waiting (at a no wait time frame) I went up to ask how long the wait was and she 5 minutes.
The finally called my first son back who is 17 and when he was finished he came to me nearly in tears and I was horrified how short his hair was. He went to the car to wait while my other son went back. At that point they started calling others that came in after us. She called 5 names, but there was no one else waiting but one one person because they they had taken everyone else back before us. When I got to the car my first son showed me his bangs and the were like a jagged mountain slope. I was furious. He only asked for one inch to be cut just above the ears and she butchered his hair, giving him a sloppy medium crew cut and he long hair before he came in. He couldn't even brush it to the side it was so short. I wanted to take him back in to show how his hair had been butchered, but refused to ever step foot in there again.
The scheduling/checking in policy at this place is completely worthless. I checked in online before making the 5min drive to see Patricia, as my friend highly recommends her, only to find out she took a another customer in that time who was getting color. Needless to say, the wait would be ridiculous! What's the point of checking in online if it doesn't hold your spot?!? Very disappointing & frustrating!
I reluctantly asked to have the next available stylist & I couldn't be happier with who I got. Jasmine was absolutely amazing! I've never had a haircut feel so good & be so relaxing. I got the exact cut that I asked for & I'm very happy with it. I will definitely be back to see her despite the store's dysfunction policies.
After having a grievance yesterday the corporate office called and wow was great understanding and accommodating . Thanks for listening. After loosing all your hair and getting it (kinda) back get very protective over it. Thank goodness it will grow takes a lot longer than most . At least I have some. ❤️Thanks again. Tina...
