I've had the best and worst haircuts of my life here (from different stylists). The better stylists have limited availability, and may not be taking new clients, so plan ahead and do your research. The prices are very fair, they don't push products you don't need, and the decor is amusing if not soothing.
I made an appt for a cut. The beautician and I looked at pictures and discussed best cut ideas. Sadly it was the worst haircut I've ever received. I was in tears when I called to explain the problem, asked for the uneven sides be corrected and taper the layers. I didn't ask for a refund. Owner opted to refund me and not correct the problems. I was totally disappointed in their customer service.
Lovely decor and got an amazing coloring done from Becca, exactly what I wanted and left my hair healthy. The best salon I've been to in Charlottesville
This was my second visit with Leah and I have been so pleased with my haircut each time! She is quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. They also validate 2 hours of parking in the garage, A+! The place can be a bit hard to find first time around. It is on the second floor and the only sign is on the door. My first time I walked right past and had to turn around and come back. Once you find it the first time though, next time is much easier! They are next to Bittersweet and Alakazam.
Love my new haircut. Great people, great atmosphere. Highly recommended.
