Absolutely love this place. I received a gift certificate for my wedding in 2007, and I have been returning every since. I would not let ANYONE other than Jesse touch my lip, brow or other waxing needs. Lovely atmosphere, convenient parking, top notch staff dedicated to guest comfort while upholding the highest standard of sanitation. Highly recommend!
Went here for my first wax ever--bikini and full leg. It was classy, quiet, and down-to-earth. There weren't a bunch of puffed up, intensely groomed, slightly snooty estheticians that make you feel embarrassed about yourself. Just low-key, experienced, friendly professionals. Lots of great conversation that made it easy to take the mind off the sting of waxing. But my esthetician apparently did a great job, because I thought getting waxed would be crazy painful, especially since I was pregnant. She was efficient and considerate, and I am so happy I went to Paragon.

When I called on a SATURDAY, mind you, I was greeted by a friendly voice. Suzette fit me in with facial and massage, same day about 3 or 4 hours before the appointment. She did my facial and Stacy did my massage. When you walk in, it is completely relaxing. Tall windows and very quiet, which can be kind of hard to do, when the shop is located right next to 29! Everyone was nice and welcoming, as well as right on time. No waiting around for your therapist to finish with someone else! I loved the fact that both women were extremely knowledgeable and kept you informed to what they were doing, but not to the point that it became bothersome. Believe me when I tell you I've been to a lot of spas and there is a such thing as too much customer service! All and all I will be returning and if you are looking for another spa to go to, in Charlottesville, I suggest you give this one a try!
