Most recently I arrived at the salon up opening for a cut and color. There were two stylist on the floor. The first stylist was starting a cut said she couldn't do my color because she had another color client coming in shortly - about 30-40 mins. So I decided to skip the coloring this time and decided to get my haircut. The second stylist was shown a picture of my style and asked to cut and thin my hair. She seemed like she didn't think I need a haircut and like she was trying to talk me out of it. Then she consulted with the first stylist about how to do the cut (method used) and then told me she didn't know how to do that, so I would have to wait until stylist number 1 is free or come back another time. When I expressed my disappointment, I was told by the skills lacking stylist, " maybe this isn't the salon for you". I agreed.
They do a good job here, and I've never had to wait very long to get a haircut, which is always nice.
The bottom line is, I won't go back. All the services offered should be available all the time and not just when the properly trained or when more than two stylist are on the floor.
I started going to this Supercuts over the summer. My experience has been hit or miss..
Been there three times now and I haven't had a single issue. The staff is friendly and extremely professional. The store is always clean, nest and tidy. I highly recommend it!
Asked for my hair to be cut a certain way 4 times during the cut , yet the 'stylist' couldn't comprehend this and just did whatever she liked and then charged me more than the three people that went in front of me... horrible haircut and experience , avoid them unless you want your hair to look like a toddler did it with safety scissors ...
I had a haircut appointment with Irene today. YAY! I finally found someone who can cut and style my curly hair. Irene was lovely. She is very professional and did a great job on my hair. I am definitely going back to her.
Well now I was really floored - I came there to get a cut and a coloring and couldn't get any of it!
Very disappointed!
