Non existent customer service. After waiting over 10 minutes for anyone to help me with shoes, I finally poke my head around to the fitting room attendant and ask if there is anyone on the floor to help me with shoes. She says she can help and comes around. I show her three different boots I want to try on, they were running buy 1 get 1 $10 on shoes so I intended on buying 2 or 4 pairs. She looks very annoyed by my request for 3 shoes and says which one do you like best, as I look at her with an unbelievable look. I tell her they are running a sale on shoes so I wanted multiple pairs, but if she is willing to only get me 1 pair then I will go shop elsewhere, and I walked out of the store. I will never shop here again regardless of the sales they have going on. I guess I was too much of a bother to you associate and that's your loss of a big sale.
