I ordered a gift for Father's Day, and paid a significant amount extra for 1 day shipping. 2 days later, I received notice from UPS that my package would not be delivered until the next week. When I called customer service, they explained that "sometimes the one day shipping takes two days." However, my package is taking closer to a week. I then attempted to cancel my purchase to receive a refund and get my dad another gift. Customer service states I will need to receive the packages, return them, and THEN be eligible for a refund. My advice- don't bother and pay for the one day shipping, you wont get it in time anyway. Also don't order from here if you are purchasing a gift, you're loved one will be let down with the lack thereof.
The story's very clean however the employees seemed very busy though I was maybe one of 10 people in the store. I stood at the gun counter for probably about 15 minutes before I was even addressed. Went up to the front desk to have an associate check the Rio Road store to see if they had the item that the gun counter eventually told me that they did not have, the young woman told me that she was not good calling the other store and had to wait for another sales associate to become available to make the phone call for her. However, oddly enough while the second sales associate came to call Rio Road, the first associate was able to answer the phone. Kind of find that strange!
Very helpful staff, and great selection of products. Some things are a little pricey, but they also run great sales which balances things out.
Great place. Really well taken care of and the salesman by the name of Gavin really helped us out. Will go back again.
