Clean stocked store. Associates are very friendly and eager to help. If you happen to be waiting in line for a cashier they will call for more help, always! Someone always comes which is nice. Bathrooms are very clean. They also offer a family restroom, which I prefer for our family. Coupons are always available online and the staff is more than willing to help with that as well.
Never was I greeted or ask if I needed help, even when I went to check out.. I had to ask the young lady twice, how are you today?? She said it's been rough.. I work retail, and love it.. If I didn't greet and treat our customers like they were the most important part of my job.. I wouldn't have a job.. My opinion..Your employees need to be reminded.."It's all about the Customers"..

Kohls Charlottesville always provides excellent service. My girls and I love to shop there as we can always find nice clothes at decent prices. DEE was especially helpful over the weekend. She has excellent customer service skills and it was a pleasure to be helped by her.
Kohl's is Kohl's, no matter where you are. I'd rate it higher if they had a better men's department but clearly their focus seems to be on the women's side. My wife and daughters love it. Nice new store.
