If you have a problem with this store I’d say it’s probably you. Driving around Charlottesville I see this city is loaded with SJW liberal self centered asshats and you guys are ALWAYS a pain in the ass to deal with.
They don’t price match their website? Most stores don’t. You used to work here? Who cares. You’re a disgruntled employee.
Great looking Men's Department
I can't wait til the day comes when I hear the news that this store is closing. Use to work at this place years ago and every employee in the auto department did dishonest sales to the customers and would backstab coworkers every chance they got. Do not bring your car here! They will tell you that you need new tires, batterys, alignment and so on all to help fill there own pockets.
I am glad I have rediscovered Sears. What a great place and the new perks like the points back program and the Craftsman Club are fantastic. As for THIS store my experience couldn’t have been better. The store employee was beyond friendly and helpful and even gave me a discount. They had exactly what I wanted and at a great price. FIVE STARS. I’m glad I stopped in and I’ll be stopping in more and more. Thanks Sears Charlottesville!
I spent almost $200 there because they said I would get $60 or more back in "points". When I went to use the points on the website (before the expiration date on the receipt) it sad "Expiration Dates May Vary" You have $5 in points.
Oh so many people complaining here.
Also, I waited in line for ages behind this other poor guy who was being interrogated for 15 minutes because he had also made the horrible mistake of answering yes to "do you want points back for free stuff"
