Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Great place to exercise. I know it gets crowded at times, but I've never had a problem.
Love it clean new and up to date. Would love to see a sauna in place of one or two of those tanning rooms as well as two additional hydro massage chairs.
Probably the best value you can get for a gym. No pool or track, but for 10 bucks, you can't complain. The hydromassage black card members is also amazing and totally worth the 10 dollar upgrade.
Very clean, friendly staff, and lots of cardio machines. I like the 30 minute circuit room, and there are free personal training classes you can sign up for. The massage chairs are nice, but there is often a wait in the busy hours. 24 hours, so it's great when I can't sleep and need a distraction. Free WiFi and lots of tv screens
