The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service ever!!!!!! The food is good the prices are fair, but because of the way they treat their PAYING customers I will never order here again. Beware if you order something to be delivered, as you will immediately be put on hold and never they will never return to take your order. Who puts someone calling immediately on hold every single time you call??!! If it's that busy, then I suggest you hire some help because you're losing money as a result. You should ask if you can put someone on hold first, if they say no, then at least they have the option to wait or call someone else for take out.
Incredibly late delivery. 2 hours. Almost laughable.

I got back to the house, the sandwich was soggy, the cheese was cold and congealed and worst of all the garlic knots were burned BLACK.
I have order from there many time, usually deliver. I’ll give them credit the food is good and prices are fair. For the first time today I did a pick up. The service was awful!!!! I stood around 10 mins waiting for someone to take my order. There was only 2 tables with people sitting. When I came back to pick up my order the man at the register basically tossed my food to me as if handing it to me would hurt. Then when I was trying to hand him the money he acted as though he didn’t want to take it. My final straw was when I extended my hand for my change he literally went out of his way to avoid my hand to slide it across the counter to me. I just just looked at him and shook my head. Am all for local business, but to be treat in such a way. There are no words for it. This type of behavior is why people don’t support local business here that much.
I don't know who wrote the glowing reviews for this place. It must be the employees. This was the ABSOLUTE worst pizza I have ever had. And that includes frozen pizza. The service was good but the pizza was awful. I didn't even eat it all I left it on the table. It was like a Ritz cracker with flavorless tomatoes on top. These "great" reviews are insane! This was an awful experience.
What can I say.... I was very disappointed. I ordered garlic knots and the Italian sub to go. I arrived 15 min later (i was told 20 min) I paid, then stood around for 10 min waiting on my food. IT WAS ALREADY DONE! It was sitting in the back getting cold.
