It took 30 minutes from when they left the store to get to our house. We're about three minutes away max. The pizza was really gross once we got it, way too much sauce. Won't be ordering again.
Went to pick up my lava cakes and received a huge attitude from some heavy set gentleman who refused to let us come in and pay for our food. It was extremely strange and the large burley man sitting inside was very rude. Horrible service at this dominos. I recommend you stay away.
I've had a great experience ordering from this Domino's almost every time. Due to allergies and intolerances, I have to order gluten free pizzas without cheese, and they are able to facilitate this. Unfortunately, there was one time when I got home with my pizza to find it had cheese on it, despite ordering it without cheese, but it has only ever happened once. Otherwise, very friendly staff that makes ordering and pickup easy.
I order it and this is the 3rd time in a row it has taken them 20 plus mins to Deliver to my house I live less than 2 miles from there store. Talk to manager and she wasn't Concerned at all. Will be getting pizza hut for now on 3 strikes your out. Very very bad bad service
They're decent and the food can be eaten. The food has made my stomach sick two or three times within the last year from this specific location, but it doesn't happen at other Domino's I've been to. I've ordered from this store several times since moving to Eagle's Landing, and the experiences are worse and worse. The last two orders they have gotten my order wrong. The first time was understandable because accidents happen. Last night I ordered again, and half of my order didn't arrive. I told the delivery guy, and he apologized and told me he would be back in ten minutes with the salad. He never came back and I received no calls from the store. The pizza was cold because the pizza tracker showed it was sitting in 'quality control' for about 10 or 15 minutes. Needless to say, I'm ordering one more time to use up the free pizza credit they issued from the original mistake, but I definitely would say OrderUP a pizza from somewhere else or a different Domino's location. The food providers in this particular shopping center aren't so great. To add, I did speak with management today. He apologized and offered to have someone deliver a make up salad today. It seems like they do care to fix the mistakes.
