I have ordered the Chicken Alfredo pasta pretty much once a week for almost 2 years. The delivery drivers are fantastic and deserve to be tipped WELL, so do so.

UPDATE: I did finally receive my replacment cookies. But it was three hours after I received the bad batch which was an hour after I should have gotten my order as is. Very frusterated. I have never had a bad experience before. May be awhile before I try Vocelli again.
They charge 2.75 4 delivery but do not pay that 2 their drivers, u r expected 2 pay their drivers over and above that charge ... they do not respect theyre employees and r charging what they pay them and then some and the drivers end up making nothing, we should not pay the delivery drivers saleries...
The food is great!
Have been ordering pizza from this location for several years. Except for the fact that their onions are sliced so thin that they become like dental floss when they are in the oven and are unpleasant to eat, their pizza had been very very good until the last 6 months or so at which time the quality of the pizzas have gone down hill. Tonight, the pizza was so under cooked the dough was still a bit raw and the crust wasn't browned.

Perhaps the manager should address the deterioration of quality with the employees. I should think that there would be someone there checking quality before it leaves the store. The upside is, the delivery person was polite and pleasant.
The actual store....mmm....not so much! Looks dirty and rundown :[ dead bugs in the corner...dirty floor...again...never had issue with food...neger gotten sick or anything...i just would like the store to also reflect how good Vocelli is!
They've lost our business, at least until I find out that management has tightened up .
I regularly order from Vocelli because the pizza is great but the experience I recieved today has completely turned me off. I got my order without the dessert and when he came back an hour later it was completely stale! I called and was rudely told they would send a fresh batch and then he just hung up on me. I didn't mind the wait because I understand you can be busy sometimes but they were so stale I felt like I got ripped off. I never got my replacement and they lost a loyal customer.
When we opened the box my husband and I talked about sending it back, but we had a very long day and were hungry and tired.
