Great staff. Always friendly. Very polite. Usually very accurate for delivery times.
Pizza took an hour to deliver (estimated time 20 minutes), pizza was cold, delivery guy gave off a bad vibe like he wanted a huge tip.
Bad dough employee never wash hands. Management sucks. They work u for nothing . and they don't care if u have a family emergency or anything.
The person that I talked was very rude. This is first time I tried Papa John's Pizza. I don't know whether just this place is bad or all Papa John's Pizza are same. But I will never buy this pizza again. By the way even if you insist to buy from there order online. Because at the store they charge $13.00 more for two large pizza. Overall I never recommend this place.
The person on the other end of the phone was quite rude. And was quite unwilling to answer basic questions like what specials were going on. I had to ask if they could look it up. I was quite annoyed when I got off the phone. Then my order came. A $34 order. Both pizzas had been tilted and had fallen up against the side of the box. And when cut, the pieces fell apart. And the topper. Both pizzas were cold. Barely warm. I love Papa John's pizza. But would not recommend this one to anyone. I don't do this that often but this was for a birthday and this service was ridiculous
