Waited almost 10 mins before a server came. We actually had to ask for one. She was terrible. Never removed a single empty plate or glass from the table. My steak came out cooked way wrong, had to send it back. Two different people tried to bring us our app...at separate times. Clearly no communication in the kitchen. We'll most likely stick to the Applebees on Pantops. That one is better.
Our waiter Aaron was amazing. Our appetizers were in time. He checked on us frequently to make sure everything was good at our table. Offered dessert. If you ever stop by request Aaron as your waiter awesome guy.
Awfully slow service... Boneless wings were hard d if they were from yesterday, paid extra for raspberry tea, treated like unsweetened tea... Serve and did less than appealing.
This is one of the best Happy Hours around 3 to7pm. , Beers, drinks and appetizers are half price. The staff is friendly and helpful. Bonus, people are just starting to discover this.
First the mixed drink I ordered was all ice and at a premium price. Then the food was barely warm. If you're looking for a nice place for a nice dinner, this place isn't it.
