The woman at the register today was absolutely adorable! We order lunch there very often for our work meetings and the turkey reubens are to die for, always so good. The fries use to be nice and crispy with seasoning and recently they have changed. Asked for extra crispy because they have been kind of soft/mushy the last few orders and they were soft again today. That is the only reason for not giving 5 stars. When the fries are done, they are fabulous!

In the past, I have always gotten pretty decent sandwiches from here however, today and my last visit, was not good. I got the turkey on wheat bread with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and paid EXTRA for jalapeno peppers...the sandwich had little turkey AND 1 small slice (tiny) tomato and 4 small jalapeno peppers ( .75 extra) and like 6 pieces of shredded lettuce and the sandwich was like $7! Shaking my head. Def a $3 sandwich. Last visit was the same but different sub. Looks like they're trying to be a little stingy with their ingredients. I'm fine with little meat but the toppings? Really? BUT on a positive note, the customer service there is wonderful! Always friendly and smiling.
Got 2 sandwiches, first was carved turkey, swiss, lettuce, tomato, and a very tasty mayo spread on sour dough. Awesome sandwich, one of the best I've ever had. The Turkey Italian was very good as well, would recommend both. Onion rings are also a winner
Out of all the restaurants, I miss this place the most. Fresh ingredient, nice staff, and excellent sandwich with reasonable price. Their crabmelt sandwich is the best. Everyone that I took to this place all fell in love with their sandwich but too bad they're open only during office hours. My friends and I didn't mind driving to fashion square from 1800jpa at all because it was worth it!
