Food is always excellent, been there multiple times. Personal favorite is the Bulgogi, half with spicy sauce.
Pretty nice inside with good music. I had bulgogi takeout and kimchi soup. It was actually the best ever. My wife never had korean food and she lived it. They also do chinese and maybe thai. Huge portions.
This place is SKETCHY! Now that the psychic reader down the street has been arrested, this is the next mystery in town. Went there once for a work lunch. Will never go again. I had to fill up a cup of water at the bathroom sink to pour into the urinal in order to flush it. The wooden bowls that they serve the dry crunchy appetizer noodles in were sticky and had ants crawling on them. The whole place is darky and dingy with hardly any windows. I can only imagine what other critters are crawling around the kitchen. I saved the best for last though... They run a taxidermy business out of the basement. One of our guests walked down on accident looking for the bathroom. Makes sense seeing all the stuffed animals in the restaurant. They have a ton of caged animals in the backyard. Ducks, chickens, who knows what else. Look through the little window on the back door. I can only imagine some of the meat substitutions going on. Just look at the backyard on Google maps. Gives me the creeps thinking about it. I don't know how they stay in business. The parking lot is nearly empty when I drive by. The food we were served was OK, but I couldn't get over the ants and everything else I saw.
My girlfriend and I have been here a number of times and have always enjoyed the food and the service. It may not have the best appearances, inside or outside, but I feel really comfortable every time I go here. The last time my girlfriend and I went I actually took off my shoes without thinking about it; I just felt so cozy.
both service and food are awesome. highly recommend cold noodle for summer!
The woman that works there is so sweet and we absolutely adore her. I have a hard time hearing her on the account that I struggle to hear in general, so I just follow my girl's lead in responses because otherwise I'd just smile and nod. It may just be me, but she was a soft voice.
We typically order the dumplings and then some kind of a meal with chicken. Not that there's anything wrong with beef or pork or anything, we just really love chicken.
They are usually empty inside, as mentioned in previous comments, but we have noticed that they do take-out orders a good bit.
We usually wait about fifteen to twenty minutes for our food, but it is always steaming hot and delicious when it comes out, so we don't care about the wait time. We're pretty certain they cook meals as they're ordered.
Last time we ordered sweet and sour chicken and chicken lo mein. The sweet and sour chicken was more on the sweet side, but nothing too sweet, and was very delicious. The chicken lo mein was good, but we felt like it could have used a little bit of salt and pepper, but that may just be us. It was still delicious and we ate it up.
