Horrible. We got the omelets. Complained to our waitress. She laughed and agreed. Told us to ask for shell eggs. They premix the eggs and add pancake mix to them. That's why they are so dry.
Food was good but the service was very slow. Then it took a long time to get our check and no one was at the cash register when we went to pay.

Like I said better to go at day time and not at night to IHOP
I ordered my breakfast over the phone to pickup in 15 minutes. When i got there my omelette was made differently than what I ordered and they forgot a portion of sausage. But as soon as I made them aware they fixed it and the wait was not too long. There was an Asian looking guy name JAVIER whom came with my completed order right and plus he gave 5% off coupon for my next purchase. Great way to make up to the customer for a mistake. I order breakfast every weekend here and the day time staff is much friendly than the night staff. There one guy always at the register at night that is always rude and have poor customers service to me every Saturday that I pick up my food at late night.
Servers are nice but this place is horribly managed. No hostess, have to stand up front forever until one of the servers are free. Very unorganized.
Worst visit ever!!! Came in one night and ordered a combo which included 2 pancakes. It took them 45 mins to bring the food out and not to mention it was slow. When I finally received my food, it was cold and my pancakes or server (King I believe was his name) never came back. I had to ask a different server that I was waiting on my pancakes for 20 minutes, everyone at my table was done with their meals and ready to go. Finally, 25 minutes later OUR server comes back just to tell me that my pancakes were “burnt” while they were making them and that if I still wanted pancakes??? At that point I was highly upset about waiting around for 25 mins for 2 PANCAKES and he never bothered to tell me 25 mins before, why my pancakes never came out!!!! What was most upsetting was that I was charged for the whole combo, they apparently gave me a 10% discount which was a dollar off (what a joke). Will definitely never be going back to this ihop, such a horrible experience.
