Almost every time I've gone there they've gotten my order wrong somehow. Also, I once waited over 20 minutes for a single small frosty. The food's pretty solid though when you do get it, so I'll give them that.
Service has gone downhill the past year or so. They claim they are open until 1am, but in reality, the employees just sit in the dining area while there is a customer in the drive through. Last night, at ten to midnight, I bounced over for a quick meal on my lunch break. The menu board was lit, indicating it was still open. I sat for a couple of minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge I was there. but no one came around.

Today serving was poor. Waited 40 min. And notice my order was push back. There's was a lot of talking over food not good. It was never like this I guess their slacking. But got my order after reminding them, cold saggy fries limp cold burger nuggets oily. And had to demand for my milk shake. One thing I'll say, tighten up manager!. It was hot crispy fresh food, what happen?. New name for you Wes burger.of charlotteville.
