I love this place. The staff are friendly, and Dr. Chow was amazing with my cats. Her examination of my cats was super thorough, yet was still the least stressful exam I think the cats have ever been through. Dr. Chow came over to the cats rather than lifting them onto the metal platform, and was super sweet with them. I would highly recommend this place.
I was very impressed right off the getco with Old Dominion Animal hospital when Dr. Wood gave me a call the day I called concerned about my dog's seemingly broken toe. He genuinely cared immediately and we spoke for 10 minutes. My dog was seen by his son, who is extremely friendly and really cared about my pup. He got right on the ground and was loving on my dog before examining him. He was prompt, great communication and answered all
Everyone at Old Dominion is outstanding. Dr. Garrett is professional, kind and really cares about my dog Pippin and myself. He is gentle , caring and knows so much. I always feel that Pip and I have his full attention while at an apt. The staff is all very courteous and does an outstanding job.
Great facility, great staff, and last but not least, amazing doctors (shoutout Dr. Alison Kramer!❤️). My beloved cat, sprout was bitten by a copperhead snake. They were kindly able to squeeze us in for an emergency vet visit the same day, and have been absolutely critical in saving sprouts leg and possibly even his life. Super throrough and knowledgeable, I literally cannot say enough great things about this animal hospital and my experience here. After three total vet visits, Sprout is on the mend thanks to their diligent, loving care. If you love your pets, take them to old dominion animal hospital!
