Please go visit this restaurant. Their food is very good on top of all of the service being incredible. Above and beyond anything else this location has demonstrated that they are 100% supportive of our veterans and those in need.
Anders the bartender is very quick and extremely professional. He also invents these awesome shakes that are a twist on their normal shakes. The Twist of course is a mixture of different alcohol. Somehow he makes is the best alcoholic shakes that I have ever had. The creme brulee and the cookie dough ones are my favorite. Get one and split it with a friend.
There is a full bar, but no cocktail menu. I always like trying new cocktails from bartenders, so it was disappointing not to have that option.
Shawn (server) and Anders (bartender) and Steve (manager) are some of the nicest people that you could ever meet. If we ever had an issue with a meal or a drink they immediately fixed it. Upon finding out that my husband is a veteran, Steve offered to help us with our nonprofit as much as he physically could. Shawn is one of the nicest men that I've ever dealt with. He always just wants to make sure that everything is perfect for you. The way that he acts should be the way that every server acts towards customers.
Not a bad choice if you're near Barracks Road Shopping Center and looking for a decent burger, but definitely not my favorite burger joint in town. Our burgers were good, but the fries were disappointing. We ordered one side of regular, plain fries and one "loaded." Both fries were kind of mushy and greasy, and "loaded" was a misnomer. There were a few sparse bacon crumbles and a layer of cheese sauce on the bottom, under the fries.
Went here for a team builder with 20 people and they were able to accommodate us with no problem even figuring out all of the split checks correctly. Everything tasted great and everyone loved their burgers. We had to order more rounds of fries because once they came they we're gone. The cheese fries and the double truffle fries were big hits. I would definitely come back here. The prices are a bit high for a burger tho.
Most delicious veggie burger we've ever had! Truffle fries and zucchini fried were great too! Staff is super friendly and accommodating!
The hostesses are always very friendly and accommodating even when large parties come in without warning.
Hostess was friendly and accommodating. Waitress was patient and offered good suggestions. The atmosphere is upbeat. The restaurant is spotless! Option to sit at tall tables, average height tables, the bar or booth. Dress is casual ( jeans and button up shirt or Polo). The food was brought sizzling hot, cooked to your liking. Fries with garlic and cheese ate amazing! Price is moderate ( worth the cleanliness and atmosphere).
The service was a bit of a problem. Our server recommended we join the VIP program (which was a pain to do...the app and the website are terrible), but then never actually entered our account number with our receipt so we still haven't received credit for our visit. She also miscalculated our change when we paid the bill in cash. I should've received $16 and only got $4; I'm not sure how that math worked out for her. It wasn't a big deal, because I was planning to tip in cash, but I do wonder if she thinks she got shortchanged in her tip.
