I asked for advice and they were very friendly and they didn't try to sell me anything or rush me. Not at all my experience at most bike shops I've been to where I feel like they consider me a waste of time because I am an amateur.
The team at Endeavor is super PRO. I recently had a fit session with Jamie and my knee pain disappeared within a week. My visit to Endeavor not only resolved my fit issues but it made me faster on the bike as well. It's a great shop to stop by and hang out, watch the highlights from the tour, or chat about upgrades. I'm delighted to call this my new LBS.

I visited this shop during my Adventure Cycling TransAm West cross country trip on a rest day to check out an issue with my pedals. Jamie and John are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Jamie quickly identified my problem as being due to my touring shoes. I wear a wide size which he did not carry but he called around to all the local bike shops on my behalf to help me find a better shoe. If they don''t have what you need in their well-stocked store, they are quick to direct customers to where they can get what they need.

I walked into the shop on an extremely hot day and did not leave until they "kicked me out" when closing the shop. I relaxed on their coach which is purposely positioned in the center of the store as it serves as the focus of their warm and friendly interactions with all of their customers and I guess, in my case, squatters. It seems like every customer walking into their store is a longtime friend.
Jamie is a expert bike fitter as I witnessed him working with customer to make millimeter adjustments to improve comfort and performance. This is the place to bring your bike if you are having any issues at all...or just need a place to keep cool on a too-hot day.
Really friendly, easygoing staff. They all know a lot about bikes, but don't make you feel dumb for knowing less. Will definitely be getting my repeat business
