Visited bike factory across the street first- very unhappy with their customer service. Felt like I was burdening them with my presence. I'm not a professional biker by any means so I rely on a bike shop to keep my family's bikes safe. Performance bicycle addressed my needs answered my questions and fixed my bike for free, bought some add-ons just because I was so thankful for their outstanding customer service. Highly recommended
