Wow this place is awesome! I’ve never been to a dealership where you could actually do some shopping instead of feeling like you’re being herded towards a finance office. Professional people, great vibes, and some incredibly attentive, but not pushy, sales consultants (real consultants). Tim Hoehner was awesome and made me actually feel comfortable while I was there which I really appreciate!!

He's patient and one of very few individuals in his industry that will actually listen to understand and help, even if it doesn't lead directly to a quick sale. Purchased new 2018 Audi Q7. Overall good experience. Jeremy, Ray, and Will were very knowledgeable and helpful. They loaned us a Q7 to take home to make sure it fit in garage before we purchased one. They found us the color interior and exterior we wanted and had it shipped in from another part of the country. Jeremy has been very helpful with after sale questions on all the technology features of the vehicle. This is first German luxury car we have owned after several Japanese models. So far we are very happy with new vehicle and would recommend Flow to anyone looking to buy.
They anticipate what is needed and when appropriate fixes the potential well before it becomes a problem in one's schedule.
